What this statement is, and is not
- Self-assessed, as every WCAG conformance claim is. The W3C defines no certification and bernard does not certify.
- Automated checks found about 57% of the problems in the engine maker’s own audit sample, and they can judge fewer than half of the success criteria at all. The rest were reviewed by hand, and this report names who answered each one.
- This is not an independent audit and it is not legal advice. The two laws usually behind the question are the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the UK Equality Act 2010.
- Scope and date are explicit: the pages listed, as at the date shown. The site changes after that date until the next run, which is nightly.
